Please ensure you read all our T's & C's before purchasing Stitched Delights Fabrics.

Please do not order Preorder and Instock fabrics at the same time, we will ship your instock fabric within 2 business days and we will charge you separate shipping when your preorder fabric arrives.

When will preorder fabrics arrive?

Stitched Delights Fabrics are custom printed and have a 6-10 week timeframe. This timeframe starts from the date the preorder closes. 

Sometimes fabrics may take longer than estimated due to shipping delays or reprinting requirements, these are outside of our control, and no refunds will be issued however impacted customers will be informed of the delays and new expected shipping dates.

Once all orders are ready to ship you will receive tracking information for Auspost or Sendle. We can also keep you updated via the Stitched Delights Fabrics VIP Facebook page.

It is not Stitched Delights Fabrics responsibility to refund/reimbuse customers for any lost parcels from Australia Post, Sendle or any other courier. The customer is required to claim for lost or stolen goods directly with the courier.

What happens if there is a flaw?

Sometimes flaws can occur, if the flaw is smaller than a 1cm or within 10cm of the selvedge edge we will not discount. We do check all fabric for flaws but sometimes we can miss it. 

If the flaw impacts the design then the fabric will be declared faulty and will be sold at a discounted rate.
